You can De-register the Quick Access PIN on your Mobile Banking App by following below steps : Step 1 : Login into the app using Customer ID and iPIN. Step 2 : Click on 'More' and then go to 'Others'. Step 3 : Click on 'Quick Access Pin De-registration'. Step 4 : Click 'OK' on the confirmation pop-up message. Step 5 : Post confirmation you will receive a pop-up message stating that the De-registration is successful. After De-registration, you can register for a new Quick Access PIN(should be different from your past quick pins). Note : 1) Digits used in setting Quick Access PIN should not be same as used in last 5 instances. 2) "De-registration of Quick Access PIN" is currently LIVE only for Android users & it will be for other OS versions shortly.

To perform a wipe cache partition in Moto G4 plus With the phone powered off, press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button at the same time until the device turns on. Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Recovery mode" Press the Power button to restart into Recovery mode. You'll see an image of an Android robot with a red exclamation mark. Holding the Power button, tap Volume Up once and then release the Power button. Use the volume buttons to scroll to "wipe cache partition" and press the Power button to select it. "Reboot system now" will be highlighted, press the Power button to select it. Note: Clearing the cache may take up to 5-10 minutes depending on user memory.

Phone ring but incoming call screen doesn't show

Problem : Some time your phone is ringing but incoming call screen not shown. if you are working on any application than for receiving call you have to close all application ,and than go to call option and than their is showing three options you have to click on middle option i. e return to call in progress  to attend the call. Solution: 1. Go to Settings option in your mobile . 2. Than click on notifications  option . 3. Than go to Phone option. 4. Disable the Block all option and go back. This will solve the problem.
